Wyrmling Discord Bot Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By installing, inviting, or interacting with the Bot, you confirm that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any server where you have the authority to add the Bot.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Bot solely through authorized Discord features and solely for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, sell, or lease the Bot, nor may you use it to harass, spam, or otherwise violate any law or Discord policy.
3. Data and Privacy
The Bot only processes the minimum Discord data needed to perform commands and features configured by your server administrators. Temporary logs may be kept in order to deliver responses, troubleshoot issues, or prevent abuse. These logs are automatically deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless required for safety or legal reasons. No personal data from the Bot is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For requests related to data access or deletion, contact the maintainer using the information below.
4. Availability and Updates
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may push updates automatically to maintain security, fix bugs, or add new functionality. Continued use of the Bot after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Termination
You can remove the Bot at any time by kicking it from your server. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord’s rules, or applicable law.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for any damages arising from your use of the Bot. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Bot is to stop using it.
